Silvana Coffee
"Silvana takes one Italian family’s coffee-making heritage, know-how and expertise and pours it all into a little cup of perfection. They source only the finest quality arabica beans and roast them fresh daily, as they have done for the past seventy years. It’s why baristas all over Australia demand Silvana.
The challenge was to create fresh new packaging without sacrificing any of Silvana’s provenance. And to make the most of the shelf space alongside coffee machines in cafés – Bomba recognises a ready-made billboard opportunity when it sees one.
Perfect for a splash of look-at-me colour, and the unique combination of high gloss and matt finishes – a first in coffee pouch packaging."

Fuego Hot Sauce
"Fuego Hot Sauce was designed to educate people about the Scoville Scale and inform them about the types, uses, and ways to use hot sauce in an engaging and exciting experience. I wanted to evoke the authentic feel of the sauces and showcase their natural colors and flavors. By giving the product a sturdy bottle and hearty labeling system, people can feel confident using the product and know exactly what heat level they use according to the scaling system. Each blend is made of completely different peppers and ingredients so that they each pair well with a different kind of food. The Fuego Heat Guide and Recipe book further explains the background of each pepper and suggests recipes that correspond with each unique flavor."

Level Ground Trading
“Founded in 1997, Level Ground Trading of Victoria, BC is dedicated to trading fairly and directly with small-scale producers in developing countries, and to market their products in North America, offering their customers ethical choices. Level Ground selected Subplot Design to examine their brand and packaging system and help the company connect with a broader consumer audience.
The packaging platform takes the thought further: the producer is the real hero. Celebrated with intimate, inviting photography “in situ”, the farmers grace innovative zip-locking, authentic kraft bags, with a label that declares Level Ground’s expertise and deep knowledge of the origins and taste profiles of each of their coffees. From the most prevalent 300g bags, to 2lb club-store bags, 5lb coffee store “eco-cubes”, and 6 and 12-pack shipper displays, the brand comes alive consistently but with rich variation to tell the whole story of Level Ground.”

Beck Redesign
Pierini Partners designed Beck´s global packaging.
"After having competed against other European agencies, Adrián Pierini’s design was chosen by Anheuser Busch InBev marketing team from Belgium, to modernize the packaging.
Born in 1873 in Bremen, Germany, Beck’s mixes internationality and tradition, qualities that helped the beer to become the number one selling export beer.
The new layout highlights the visual elements that are a brand emblem, such as the key icon, phrases about its origin, medals, and its characteristic colors, red and black. All these were simplified and applied on a metalized support which adds modernity and freshness.
One of the most emphasizing details in the new packaging is the raise in the logo and icon importance. The icon was placed in the upper part in order to glorify the brand identity, which has been a synonym of quality and beer expertise for over a century.

Space NK Men
"Space.NK.Men is a sub-brand of Space.NK, a leading luxury beauty retailer offering high quality products from a broad range of innovative international brands. Bibliothèque were responsible for providing an identity and packaging concept for a new Space.NK.Men store in Soho, London.
The design solution is intentionally minimal. Graph paper provides a technical visual language, suggesting a functional and practical grooming product appropriate to male consumers. The graph paper grid is applied across all touch points – from packaging and stationery to bags and
in-store displays. The incremental nature of the concept was ideal for presentation purposes, allowing staff to accurately position and caption products."

2010 is the name of a wine to share with friends and celebrate the beginning of the new year. This product has been elaborated using organic farming methods without herbicides, pesticides or aggressive chemical filtrations. It's a limited numbered edition of 2010 bottles.
The label is a poster that wraps the bottle with the help of a rubber band without using adhesives. Once the wine is finished the bottle can be returned and the label has also a second life as a poster with this message about 2010: "Got the feeling it's gonna be a good year". Cheers!

Økologisk steinbakt mel
Organic flour made from ancient grain types.
In the concept development process, the importance of making an environmentally friendly, functional, flexible and efficient packaging was highlighted. Also, the identity should challenge the existing visual language in the flour category. The result is simple and unique, with fresh colours on the labels as the only differentiator between the 6 variants. Premium flour ground with love.
Økologisk steinmalt mel = Organic stone-ground flour.
Vi lager ekte mel av gamle original kornsorter. Dette bevarer næringsstoffene og den gode smaken. = We produce real flour from ancient traditional grain types. This preserves the nutrients and the great taste.

Elyjah: Planet, Planet.
The Songs on Elyjah's debut album is both playful and atmospheric, it leaves a lasting impression. To ensure that that message was conveyed to the customer, we fired pellets at all two thousand covers. They circle like planets around a fixed point. Returning to a time in which men had morals in their hearts and cloth handkerchiefs in their trouser pockets, we put the band in Herr von Eden suits and then printed the large-format photos by hand. Typographically, we continued this theme with two typefaces from that time period: Memphis, from Emil Rudolph Weiß (1929) and the Wieynck Gotisch from Heinrich Wieynck (1926) were put into use on an old Heidelberg printing machine.
