"While at Fame Retail, I was asked to take a look at redesigning a local restaurant named Cafe Di Napoli. Serving traditional pizza, pasta, salads and other options, Cafe Di Napoli is the oldest Italian restaurant in the twin cities. After moving from its original location, the restaurant wanted to rebrand themselves as more of a quick lunch option for skyway travellers rather than a full service sit-down experience."

Starbucks Coffee Company and Unilever today unveiled a new super-premium ice cream line inspired by some of consumers’ favorite Starbucks® beverages. Created by culinary experts and food developers from both companies, Starbucks® ice cream is made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients, including milk and cream supplied by farmers who pledge not to treat their cows with rBGH.*

The line is now rolling into grocers across the U.S., and will be widely available by early spring. Imaginative ingredient combinations are sure to satisfy every palate.

Petite France is bakery/pastry/lunch cafe at Kungsholmen in Stockholm. They are well known in the neighborhood for high quality and a genuine passion for pastries. We found the word "meet" relevant to resume Petite France; the dough meets the baker, the costumer meets the cafe, the bread meets the costumer, France meets Sweden etc. The result was a number of patterns meeting in a Petite France patchwork.
